Lorena Brown Frandsen

Lorena Brown Frandsen is a workforce and organisation specialist at Nordea since August 2025, previously serving in various roles at Nordea Asset Management and Nordea as a senior reward specialist responsible for broad-based pay plans. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Mercer and PwC Danmark, and earlier positions at Novo Nordisk, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, ADtomic Communications, and GROUP 88. Lorena holds a Master of Science in International Business and Politics and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School, as well as an exchange semester at Sciences Po in Economics and Political Science.
