Shantanu M. has a diverse range of work experience in the sales and management field. Shantanu started their career in 1996 as a Territory Manager at Comptel Networks Systems, where they worked until 2000. Shantanu then joined INS E Solutions Ltd as a Business Manager for 5 years. In 2006, they transitioned to Schneider Electric india Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Sr. Manager of Sales for North & East regions until 2011. During the same year, they briefly worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Panduit. From 2011 to 2017, Shantanu was a Regional Sales Manager at Molex CES for the North & East regions. Shantanu then joined Rosenberger Asia Pacific in 2018 as a Manager of Sales for Datacenter & Enterprise in the North & East regions, and stayed until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales for North & East regions at Norden Communication since November 2020, which is a leading manufacturer of low voltage cables, Fibre Systems, Data Centre Solutions, Surveillance System, and Public Address System.
