Markus Marburger

Markus Marburger is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the wind energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Engineering, Product Strategy & Sales Support at Nordex Group since January 2001. In this role, Markus merges and manages a global Sales Engineering team and is a member of the corporate project risk approval committee. Previous positions include Director of Sales Engineering and Wind & Site Assessment for Europe, where Markus significantly increased global order intake, and Director of Wind Farm & Project Engineering, managing teams across 12 countries. Earlier roles at Nordex included leading technical support and project management functions. Markus holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Civil Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has completed additional education at ILS and INSA Lyon.
