Stefan Kramarczik

Stefan Kramarczik is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a robust background in the aerospace and technology industries. Currently serving as Head of Sales for North East Germany at Nordex Group since July 2024, Stefan previously held key leadership roles at HYDRO Systems KG as VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Sales from November 2021 to June 2024. Stefan’s extensive 13-year tenure at Lufthansa Technik involved various positions, including Head of Product Sales - Fleet Services and Director Sales Canada. Earlier career experiences include a Senior Buyer role at NXP Semiconductors and a strategic position at envia Therm GmbH. Stefan earned a Dipl. Ing. oec. in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Hamburg University of Technology between 1997 and 2004.
