Olga Kopylova

Olga Kopylova started their work experience in 2012 at ANCOR Professional as a General Industry, Search and Selection specialist. Olga then joined 2GIS in 2016 as an HRM before moving to Nordgold in 2017. At Nordgold, they initially worked as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Deputy HR Director of Kholbinsky.

Olga Kopylova obtained a Master's degree in Ecological Engineering from the Samara State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering between 2006 and 2012. Olga also received additional certifications in Direct search, Competency interview, and Candidates interaction from ANCOR in 2013 and 2014.
