Dmitry Guzeev is the Chief Financial Officer at [Nordgold](/org/nordgold). Dmitry has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. 

Dmitry started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1995 as an audit manager. Dmitry then spent six years at [Deloitte](/org/deloitte), where they rose to the position of senior manager. In 2008, Dmitry joined SIBUR, where they served as Head of Department until 2012. 

Dmitry has a wealth of experience in both Russian and international accounting standards, financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management. Dmitry is a valuable asset to [Nordgold](/org/nordgold) and has played a key role in the company's continued success.

Dmitry Guzeev has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Dmitry is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Dmitry Guzeev reports to Nikolai Zelenski, Chief Executive Officer. Dmitry Guzeev works with Igor Klimanov - Development Projects Director, Evgeny Tulubensky - Chief Legal Officer, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs, and Gregory Graham Edmonds - Mobile Maintenance Director.
