Nina Woroniecka

Nina Woroniecka is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design, user interface design, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Nordhealth since June 2022, Nina has previously held the position of Senior User Interface Designer at Demant, where responsibilities included developing UI strategies for digital products, ensuring visual consistency across brands, and working within a scaled agile environment. As a UI Team Leader at Demant, Nina managed a team of designers, establishing guidelines and overseeing project progress. Previous roles include co-founding Lotne Studio, where Nina created visual branding solutions, and serving as an educator at Fundacja Inceptio, teaching children about Design Thinking. Nina holds a Master’s Degree in Product and Visual Communication Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field.
