Visa Stenvall has a diverse background in customer service and technical support within the IT industry, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader at Nordhealth since May 2017, where a successful internship led to rapid promotions through roles such as Senior Technical Support Specialist and Technical Customer Service Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Web Developer Internship at Nordhealth, where foundational IT skills were developed. Prior to entering the tech field, Visa Stenvall held summer positions as a Delivery Driver with UPS from 2015 to 2016, and worked as a Driver at Kuljetus U. Hellstén Oy, managing logistics and customer interactions. Visa Stenvall earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2018, following completion of upper secondary education at Leppävaaran lukio.
