Alexia leads the Resource Planning and Management department, bringing together under one umbrella workforce planning, talent attraction, acquisition and development, as well as scheduling. Alexia joined Nordia from Bell’s Graduate Leadership Program in 2013 and played a key role in supporting Nordia’s expansion, as well as deployment of several major application tools and corporate services. In 2016, she was promoted to Director of Workforce Management and the Project Management Office, and in 2020, to her current role.
