Florian Haarhaus

Florian Haarhaus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic growth and market expansion across various regions. Currently serving as GTM Growth Advisory at Nordic Capital, Florian previously held the position of Managing Director and GM for EMEA & APAC at NAVEX, where responsibilities included driving international growth for the GRC platform. Prior to NAVEX, Florian was GM EMEA and SVP Sales at Nintex, achieving significant revenue growth and customer acquisition. Additional roles include leadership positions at Box, Salesforce, SDL plc, Quest Navigation, MicroStrategy, Oracle, and Lotus Development, showcasing a strong background in sales, marketing, and consultancy. Florian holds an MBA in Investment Analysis from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Marketing from Massey University.
