Lars Terney

Joined in July 2008. Lars has almost 30 years of experience both as a private equity investor and driving business performance improvement. He established Nordic Capital's Ownership Excellence approach and toolkit. Lars builds on his earlier 14 years’ experience at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a senior partner and led BCG’s Copenhagen office, as well as 8 years of international experience across Asia, US and Europe. He is responsible advisor for or has been involved in a number of investments including Falck, EG, Bladt Industries, Unifeeder and Sport Nordic. Lars holds an MBA with honours from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and earlier graduated from Odense University, Denmark.
