Caroline Townsend has over 25 years of diverse experience in administrative and managerial roles across various industries. Caroline has served as the Administration Manager and Project Coordinator at Nordic Edge since January 2018. Prior experience includes positions such as Exploration & Data Manager at Premier Oil, Life Cycle Coordinator at Statoil, and LCI Project Manager at Score Group. Additional roles include Human Resources Consultant at Shell, Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Ceetron AS, and Technical Assistant at Siemens Energy. Caroline began career as an Administrative Assistant at the International Union of Geological Sciences and worked as an Operations Manager at Compass Group. Education includes an HND in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from the University of Gloucestershire.

Nordic Edge is a non-profit organization working in close cooperation with private companies, municipalities, academia and citizens towards smarter and more sustainable cities and communities. Our aim is to be a driving force for the development, testing and export of smart city technology and sustainable solutions on behalf of our cluster members.
