Paolo Sardella

Paolo Sardella has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Surveyor at Valceresio Costruzioni Edili SRL. From 2015 to 2016, they completed a Company Internship at Banks Group SRL. In 2016, they worked as a Room Service Waiter at Tourlé LaPizzeria e ilGrill. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Couple Dance Instructor at campionedanze. In 2018, they became a Calisthenics Instructor at CUS Insubria Varese. In 2019, they interned as an Energy Engineering Intern at Bosch Energy and Building Solutions. In 2020, they worked as a Quality Control Engineer at BISELLO TECNOLOGY SYSTEM SRL. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano from 2015 to 2019. Paolo also holds a Diploma in Dance - Tango Argentine from MIDAS - Italian Teachers of Sport Dances in 2017. Paolo received their High School Diploma in Architecture and Environment from ISIS Edith Stein between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Italian National Ballroom Dances from MIDAS - Italian Teachers of Sport Dances in 2014.

In terms of certifications, Paolo obtained the "ISO 21500 and ISO 21502 Guidance on Project Management" certification from Fonden Dansk Standard in August 2021. Paolo also obtained a "TOEFL iBT: B2 Effective operational proficiency" certification from TOEFL® in January 2020.
