Hanna Puhakka

Hanna Puhakka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hanna is currently the Vice President, New Markets at Nordic Healthcare Group since February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading the international expansion and growth of the healthcare-focused service portfolio in various markets using AI and digital technologies.

Prior to their current role, from 2021 to 2023, Hanna worked as a Business Development Executive as a self-employed contractor. Hanna contributed to the growth of the business through strategic development and sales initiatives.

From 2014 to 2021, Hanna held multiple roles at Terveystalo, a wellbeing business. Hanna served as the VP, Wellbeing business from 2018 to 2021, where they delivered significant growth across various service areas. Hanna also served as the Director, Service Development and Commercialization from 2014 to 2018, responsible for the profitability and growth of workability management services.

Before Terveystalo, Hanna worked at Hoffmanco International Oy as the Director of CRM from 2013 to 2013 and as a Manager from 2010 to 2013. In these roles, they helped develop and implement workability management solutions for large-scale companies.

At Vectia, Hanna worked as a Management Consultant from 2005 to 2009. Hanna contributed to various client projects, including offering development, strategy process, strategic sales, and service development.

Hanna also gained experience during their time at Kesko, where they completed summer internships and part-time work from 2001 to 2005. Hanna also wrote their M.Sc. thesis at Kesko from January to June 2005.

Hanna Puhakka completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Organizations at the Hanken School of Economics from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they completed the "Elements of AI" certification from the University of Helsinki. In 2018, they received certification in "Omistajuus ja hallitustyöskentely -valmennus" from Boardman Oy. Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained a certification in "Service Design in Healthcare" from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.
