Maike van Den Boom

Maike van den Boom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and communication across various sectors. Since January 2013, Maike has served as a speaker and sparring partner at Happy Nordic Leadership / BOOMing business by happiness, focusing on topics such as intercultural happiness, the advantages of happiness at work, and Scandinavian working life. Maike is currently a cooperation partner at Nordic Minds GmbH since April 2024, providing expertise in cultural onboarding and Nordic leadership training. Additionally, Maike has been a lecturer at LIMAK Austrian Business School since January 2024, contributing to high-level leadership development. Previous roles include communications consultant, organizational assistant, and communications manager across multiple organizations, as well as a background in art therapy from NHL Stenden.
