Henrik Juul

Henrik Juul is the Head of Legal & Administration at Nordic Secondary Fund. Henrik has over 25 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to their current position, Henrik was an attorney-at-law and PhD candidate at Koch / Christensen Advokatfirma from July 2016 to November 2021. From January 2015 to December 2016, they were an external consultant for The Insurance Platform, where they provided compliance, legal, and risk services. Henrik has also served as a beskikket censor for Jurauddannelserne i Danmark from January 2014 to December 2022. From January 2010 to December 2015, they were the CEO of Capinordic Bank. Henrik has been an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School since January 1993 and an executive vice-president at Lån & Spar Bank from January 1992 to December 2004.

Henrik Juul attended Advokatsamfundet, Copenhagen Business School, Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, Bankskole 1 og 2, Frederikshavns Handelsskole, and Vesthimmerlands Gymnasium. Henrik has the following degrees: Attorney-at-Law - Advokat, PhD, Cand. jur. (Master of law).
