Rasmus Pelsen

Rasmus Pelsen is a Legal Manager (Attorney-at-Law) at Nordic Solar A/S since May 2023, with previous experience as a Special Advisor at Finanstilsynet, focusing on ESG matters and crowdfunding regulations from June 2022 to April 2023. Pelsen worked for over five years at Kromann Reumert, initially as an Assistant Attorney in Real Estate and Construction Law, then later in M&A and Financial Regulation. Additional experience includes a secondment as an External Consultant at Danske Bank's litigation and enforcement team, as well as various roles in law firms and organizations, starting as a Law Student at SIRIUS advokater. Pelsen holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen, alongside ongoing education at The University of Tokyo and LSE.
