Michaela Horova

Michaela Horova is an experienced professional in billing, financial care, customer retention, and management, currently serving as the Billing and Financial Care Manager at Nordic Telecom since May 2020. Prior to this, Michaela held several senior management roles at O2 Czech Republic from 2006 to April 2020, where key responsibilities included developing sales and retention strategies for call centers, managing customer care and complaint resolution processes, overseeing billing operations, and leading projects for integration and optimization in accounts receivable. Michaela began their career at Czech Telecom, where significant contributions included implementing SAP RM-CA for accounts management and ensuring accurate billing processes. Michaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
