Crystal-Rose Lee has extensive experience in training and customer service roles within the retail and sports industries. At lululemon since June 2013, Crystal-Rose has excelled as a Learning Delivery Support (Training Facilitator), Digital Educator, and Core Facilitator, among other positions, demonstrating expertise in training new hires and enhancing guest experiences across various digital platforms. Crystal-Rose has also served as a Brand Ambassador for multiple companies, including Nordica and Smith Optics, representing brands at on-snow events and competitions. With over two decades of experience as a Ski Instructor at Whistler Blackcomb and a background in event management and public speaking, Crystal-Rose is well-versed in delivering exceptional customer service and education in sports and retail environments. Crystal-Rose received education from Capilano University.
