Rhian Bucholz

Rhian Bucholz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career development and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Practice Manager at Nordic Global since August 2018, Bucholz has also held roles as a Practice Manager and Talent Partner within the company. Prior experience includes working as a Career Advisor at Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, where Bucholz taught an online Career Development course and provided specialized career education. Additionally, as a Recruitment Coordinator at Indiana University Bloomington, Bucholz managed on-campus recruiting efforts and established a partnership program.
