Stephen Duckett

Stephen Duckett, MPH, FHFMA, currently serves as a Consulting Manager at Nordic Global, focusing on healthcare transformation and innovation services, including patient experience design and Epic EMR implementation. Prior experience includes management consulting roles at The Chartis Group, where Stephen led initiatives for margin improvement in the healthcare revenue cycle, and at EY, contributing to performance improvement in healthcare advisory services. Stephen has also held senior consulting positions at Navigant and shared expertise as a guest lecturer at the University of Baltimore. Earlier roles included research and internship positions at notable institutions, including the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Stephen holds an MPH from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a B.S. from Grand Valley State University.
