Eivind Ronning

Eivind Ronning has extensive work experience in IT and digitalization roles. Eivind started their career at Coop Nordic IT as an IT Manager. Eivind then worked at Spring Consulting/EDB as an SAP Consultant, Basis Competence Lead. After that, they joined EVRY Norge where they held various positions including Manager of the SAP Center of Excellence, Manager of the SAP Operations Center of Excellence, and SAP Technical Consultant & Manager of SAP Platform and Project Management. Eivind then moved on to Sector Alarm Group where they served as the Group IT Director. Currently, they are the Vice President of IT and Digitalization at Nordic Semiconductor.

Eivind Ronning has a Master's degree in Information Technology and Information Systems from the University of Agder (UiA), obtained between 1998 and 2003. Eivind also completed a one-year Bachelor's degree in Technical Translation at the University of Surrey in 1996-1997 and a three-year Bachelor's degree in Technical Translation at the University of Agder (UiA) in 1995-1998.

Additionally, Eivind Ronning pursued several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including the Program for Leadership Development from 2011 to 2013, Leading Professional Service Firms in 2013, and Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision-Making in 2022.

Furthermore, Eivind Ronning holds various certifications, such as GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) from GIAC Certifications in 2023, Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2019. Eivind has also acquired certifications in blockchain technologies, digital innovation, business analytics, product management, and digital transformation strategy through different educational platforms like edX and MIT Sloan Executive Education. Eivind Ronning completed a Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Training as well.
