Lee Finch

Lee Finch has extensive work experience in various office management and human resources roles. They most recently worked at Nordic Semiconductor as the Head of Office Management, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Office Manager at both EAT and Scatec Solar.

Lee also has a background in the military, having worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the Mission Training and Mobilisation Centre (MTMC), British Army, from May 2014 to June 2018. They also served as an HR specialist and financial controller at 20 Transport Squadron (London District) and provided HR support at 20 Port and Maritime Regiment.

In addition, Lee has experience as a Lead Instructor at the Defence College of Logistics and Personnel Administration, where they taught the Public Funds Accountant Course for the British army. They also served as the Force Cashier at the Joint Service Logistics Support Unit Administration Office and as the Military Section Office Manager at the United Kingdom Mission to the United Nations.

Lee Finch completed a Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson Edexcel in 2018-2019. In 2015, they also studied Management and Leadership at the Chartered Management Institute.
