Zoicas Claudiu

Zoicas Claudiu serves as the Head of Business Continuity Planning and Team Leader at NATO's Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) since January 2015, overseeing international assistance coordination and large-scale exercises. Prior experience includes positions as Home Affairs Counsellor and Civil Emergency Planning Officer at the Permanent Delegation of Romania to NATO, and First Deputy Chief Inspector at the Emergency Situations Inspectorate of Bihor County, Romania, where significant emergency management and coordination efforts were made. Early career roles involved leadership in firefighting operations with the Fire Brigade “Crişana” of Bihor County. Zoicas Claudiu holds a PhD in Engineering, a Master's in Business Administration and Management, and multiple degrees, including one in Emergency Management and Military Planning.
