Marte Aunemo

Marte Aunemo is a learning and development specialist at Nordic Semiconductor since May 2021, responsible for creating and delivering training initiatives that enhance employee development and contribute to organizational success. Previous roles include senior talent acquisition specialist, talent acquisition specialist, and talent acquisition supporter at Danske Bank, where Marte managed end-to-end recruitment processes and participated in projects focused on diversity and health initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as an assistant archivist at Statkraft, a trainee at Relacom, a customer consultant at Santander Bank, and heading a team of ambassadors for Bergensbaneløpet. Marte holds a master's degree in leadership and organizational psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a bachelor's degree in tourism marketing and management from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
