Monika Lie Larsen

Monika Lie Larsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Nordic Semiconductor ASA since February 2016, Monika leads R&D software development projects. Previously, Monika held the position of Technical Project Manager at Q-Free ASA from January 2008 to January 2016, managing software development and deployment, as well as hardware/software infrastructure in customer delivery projects. Monika's leadership experience is further demonstrated through the role of VP Engineering at Lydia AS, where responsibilities included overseeing software development and product management from August 2004 to January 2008. Early in the career, Monika served as Head of Project Management at IntraPoint AS, a Consultant at Runit AS, and a Research Scientist at NORUT IT, among other positions. Monika holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in March 2022, as well as a Siv.ing degree in Datateknikk from the same institution obtained in 1993.
