Rex Lacdaying

Rex Lacdaying is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test development and yield improvement for semiconductor devices. Currently serving as a Senior Staff R&D Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor since November 2012, Rex specializes in developing memory and digital tests for flash-based devices, alongside conducting characterization programs and yield enhancements. Prior experience includes roles at Microchip Technology, where testing for microcontrollers was a key focus, Texas Instruments, addressing yield and test time efficiency, and Analog Devices, where Rex was involved in test conversions and methodologies. Rex holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of San Carlos, earned between 2000 and 2005.
