Sonali Banerjee

Sonali Banerjee serves as the Country Human Resources Manager at Nordic Semiconductor ASA since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sonali held the position of Director of Human Resources, Projects and Alumni Affairs at Sri Balaji University, Pune from June 2019 to March 2021, leading HR initiatives and employee lifecycle processes. From November 2006 to June 2019, Sonali was the Head of HR for India at Imagination Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR function, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resource Associate at Tata Technologies from 2001 to 2006, focusing on employee relations and recruitment. Sonali Banerjee holds a degree in General Management and Leadership from INSEAD and completed education at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2001.
