Wayne Shih

Wayne Shih is a Product Qualification Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Wayne served as Deputy Manager at Device Dynamics Lab from September 2020 to April 2021. Wayne's experience includes working as a Reliability Engineer at TSMC from August 2015 to March 2020, focusing on the development of reliability testing methodologies and nonvolatile memory IP qualification. Additionally, Wayne worked as a Hardware Engineer at 鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 from November 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included DELL server PCB hardware design and circuit testing, contributing to the successful production of over seven products. Wayne earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
