Katrīna Feldmane

Katrīna Feldmane has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Katrīna began their career as an Entertainer, Event Organiser and Planner for SIA "Krāsu Karuselis". From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Legal Assistant and Legal Administrative Assistant for PRIMUS DERLING. Katrīna then moved to Finko, where they worked as a Legal Assistant from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they have been a Legal Officer at Nordigen since 2021. At Funderly Group, they worked as a Legal Assistant, with a focus on Commercial and Corporate matters, such as dealing with all types of matters that require registration in the Commercial registry of Latvia, providing assistance with preparing documentation for local and foreign regulators in the countries of operation, drafting and reviewing different types of agreements for business operation, and drafting all sorts of corporate documents. Katrīna also managed the process of acquiring residency permits for foreign employees of the company, from initial communication with the employee before commencing work until termination of the residency permit.

Katrīna Feldmane completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from Latvijas Universitate between 2015 and 2018. Katrīna then continued their studies at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in Law in 2020.
