Anthony Nkalegbu

Anthony Nkalegbu is currently serving as a Legal Officer at Norrenberger and as Company Secretary at ClearPay Microfinance Bank since December 2023. Before these roles, Anthony worked as an Associate at Perchstone & Graeys LP from July 2021 to October 2023 and briefly as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at Latham & Watkins in March 2023, where valuable experience was gained in advising on a significant transaction between two pharmaceutical companies. Earlier experiences include internships and virtual internships at KPMG Australia, White & Case LLP, and the Nigerian Exchange Group, alongside a leadership role at the Abia State University Law Clinic. Academic credentials include a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Nigerian Law School and multiple certificates in corporate governance, banking, and finance from Asean Online Education, culminating in a Bachelor of Laws from Abia State University. Anthony has also pursued additional studies in Computer Science and Islamic Banking and Finance.
