Jonas Benke

Jonas Benke has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Jonas most recently served as the Head of IT at Nordion Energi, starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the IT-chef at Weum Gas from October 2018 to December 2019, and as the IT Manager at E.ON Gas from May 2018 to October 2018.

From 2014 to 2018, Jonas held the position of CIO at FordonsData Nordic AB, where they focused on leading the IT department and advocating for change and proactivity. Jonas also served as the IT Manager at Egmont Kids Media Nordic from April 2011 to March 2014, and at Egmont Kärnan from December 2001 to April 2011. In the latter role, they were responsible for the IT budget, project management, sourcing, and governance issues. Additionally, they served as the Business Area Manager Digital at Egmont Kärnan from November 2008 to May 2009, and as a Business Intelligence Project Manager from March 2007 to November 2008.

Jonas's earlier work experience includes roles as an E-learning consultant at Informations Qvalitet AB from August 2000 to August 2001, a Creative Director and co-owner at Zoo Multimedia AB from November 1996 to August 2000, and a Teacher at AmuGruppen Hadar from January 1995 to November 1996. Jonas started their career as a Computer Programmer at Adhoc Systems from April 1992 to October 1992.

Jonas Benke's education history is as follows:

In 1989 to 1992, Jonas studied at Lund University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Informatics. Jonas furthered their education at Lund University from 1993 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Informatics.

In 1992, Jonas briefly attended the University of Deusto to study IT, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In 2002, Jonas attended Folkuniversitetet and completed the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English, reaching an English Level C1 proficiency.

In 2012 to 2013, Jonas attended Dataföreningen and obtained a certification as a Certified CIO.

Jonas has obtained additional certifications that include PENG Steg 1 - PENG grundkurs from Sigma IT Consulting in August 2016, the ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in February 2014, and the Certified Scrum Master certification from ScrumAlliance in December 2013.
