Donatas Civilka

Donatas Civilka is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Operations EMEA at Cencora since December 2021, overseeing Level 1 and Level 2 teams for 24x7 IT infrastructure operations management and cloud operations management in Azure. Prior to this role, Donatas was an Engineering Manager in Big Data at SEB Global Services and Head of Networks at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included management of network operations and service delivery teams. Donatas also held significant positions at Barclays Group Operations Lithuania, managing global service management for Data Networks and connectivity services across the Barclays group, alongside previous roles in IT service management and infrastructure delivery at Lietuvos draudimas AB. Donatas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Applied Informatics from Vytautas Magnus University and has a background in IT management since starting as an IT HelpDesk manager in 2005.
