Casper Bonavent

Casper Bonavent has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Casper began their career as a Sergeant in Forsvaret from 2002 to 2004. Casper then worked as a Business Development Intern at Catamaran SARL in 2009. In the same year, they also completed a Master Thesis Project at hummel while studying at Copenhagen Business School.

Casper then joined Merlin Entertainments in 2009, where they started as an Operations Executive and later served as a Sales Marketing Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Commercial Operations Manager, and eventually became the General Manager and Regional General Manager. At Merlin Entertainments, they were responsible for managing various attractions and overseeing budgeting, marketing, and quality targets.

Casper moved on to become the Director of Operations at Legoland Malaysia from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they developed and implemented operating procedures and managed all operational departments while supporting the resort's strategic plans.

In 2017, Casper joined Emaar Entertainment LLC as the Director of Edutainment & Family Entertainment Centers. Casper was responsible for strategic planning and development, coordination of budgets, and leading business opportunities for their Family Entertainment Centers.

In 2018, Casper took on the role of Managing Director at Nordisk Film Biografer, where they were responsible for leading the market-leading cinema chain in Denmark and managing film production, game studios, and digital gifting solutions.

In 2019, they became the Chairman of the Board at kino.dk.
