Kasper Bent Rasmussen has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Kasper Bent started their career in 2006 as a Tv- & Web assistant at UTV. In 2010, they worked as a Web Editor at the University of Copenhagen and also served as a Communication and Press Assistant at the Danish Cancer Society, where they focused on adapting behavioral communication for diverse groups. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Cultural and Press Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark, Consulate General of Denmark in New York, assisting in cultural exchange and nation branding projects. In 2013, they joined The Danish Agency for Culture, Executive Secretariat as a Press Student, contributing to building awareness and international relations for Danish art and culture. Since 2014, Kasper has been associated with Nordisk Film in various roles, including Editor, Content & Brand Manager, Head of Content & Brand, and currently as Head of Consumer Channels. At Nordisk Film, they have brought the stories of the company to life as a guide and engaged in projects related to movie-making and entertainment.

Kasper Bent Rasmussen holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Kasper Bent further pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, and Communication from the University of Southern Denmark from 2010 to 2011. Continuing their education, they completed a Master's degree in Communication from Roskilde University in 2012. Finally, they achieved another Master's degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen in 2015.
