Stéphane Salzinger has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Stéphane started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager on projects such as Digital Asset Management strategy for Egmont and call centre upgrade for Sonofon. Stéphane then joined Egmont, where they held positions such as Director Business Consulting and Business Development Manager. During their time at Egmont, they were involved in projects like the TV2 Sputnik joint-venture. Stéphane later joined Gavekortet.dk A/S as a Board Member, overseeing integration plans and administrative migration. Salzinger also worked at Pumpehuset, Venuepoint Holding, and Venuepoint Live in different board and supervisory roles. Stéphane then moved to Nordisk Film, where they held positions including Director of Operations, Projects & Innovation, Senior Director of Technology, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.

Stéphane Salzinger graduated from ENSHMG (Ecole Nationale d'Hydraulique et de Mecanique de Grenoble) in 1997 with a degree in Mecanique des Fluides. In the same year, they also attended the University of Glasgow, where they studied Aerospace Engineering. Throughout their career, they have undergone various training courses in different fields, such as enterprise valuation, finance for non-financials, competitive strategy, general leadership, SCRUM product ownership, programme management, and PRINCE2 foundation & practitioner. Stéphane Salzinger completed their secondary education at Lycee Fabert de Metz and Lycée St Exupery, Fameck, graduating with a Baccalaureat C.
