Eivind Johannesen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eivind began their career in 2014 as a Handball player and Board Member at FJELLHAMMER IDRETTSLAG LØRENSKOGHALLEN. From there, they joined Nordnet Bank AB in 2017, where they held several positions including Customer Consultant, Team Coordinator, Team Leader, Interim Head of Customer Service, Head of Customer Service, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Support. Additionally, Eivind worked as a Handball coach and Talent Developer at Fjellhammer IL from 2015 to 2018. Eivind also had a role as Butikkmedarbeider at Stangeskovene AS from 2014 to 2017.

Eivind Johannesen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Økonomi og Ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School. Eivind attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Eivind attended Wang toppidrett Oslo from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued Allmenne fag med toppidrett.
