Patrik Axelsson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and management roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of IT Support at Nordnet Bank AB since October 2016, Patrik is responsible for second line customer support and internal IT support. Prior to this role, Patrik held various positions at Swedbank from January 2001 to June 2016, including Domain Manager for Internet and Mobile Banking, where Patrik managed cost-effective project delivery and resources, and Application Maintenance Manager, overseeing a team of over 15 staff. Patrik’s extensive experience also includes ensuring operational stability for Internet Banking, budget management, and the development of new service delivery frameworks.
