Octavio Diaz

Octavio Diaz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Octavio currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Warehouse Solutions, where they were recruited to facilitate growth and establish an efficient operating platform for the company. Octavio previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Comstar Technologies, where they upgraded and led the Finance and Operations departments. During their time at Fleetwood Fixtures, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and worked towards maximizing the value of the private equity-owned company. Prior to that, Octavio held various positions at De Nora Water Technologies, including VP Strategic Planning and VP Finance, where they played key roles in the company's IPO filing, sale to a private equity group, and financial turnaround. Octavio also worked as the Principal at APEX Integrated Energy Solutions, exploring entrepreneurship and engaging in M&A projects. Earlier in their career, Octavio held positions at EMD Chemicals Inc., EMD Biosciences Inc., viajo.com, Carttronics LLC, and ORA Corp., dba. Delimex, where they played significant roles such as Senior Vice President, President/VP Finance and Administration, Director of Finance, and Corporate Controller. Throughout their career, Octavio has contributed to the growth and success of various companies through their financial expertise and strategic leadership.

Octavio Diaz has a diverse education history. Octavio obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting from San Diego State University from 1987 to 1989. In 1985 to 1987, Octavio pursued a B.A. degree in Business Administration at Southwestern Community College District. Octavio also completed an Executive Management program at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2004 and an Executive Management Program at INSEAD in 2005. Additionally, Octavio attended an Executive Management Program at HKUST Business School in 2004.

In terms of certifications, Octavio earned the Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in June 1993. Octavio also obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California State Board of Accountancy in June 1993.
