Junior Resell Account Manager

Job description

The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for inbound client inquiries;
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals while interacting with new clients via online calls, selling the company’s products and services;
  • Set up meetings, understand prospect needs, present products and ways of working;
  • Manage and grow partnerships with existing partners;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce (CRM);
  • Work with internal teams to optimize lead generation and conversion;
  • Ensure a seamless experience for clients during product on-boarding and launch;
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business results that improve performance;
  • Proactively identify team process improvements;
  • Work with an innovative product that changes the industry.

Core Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Lithuanian;
  • Good presentation and collaboration skills, as calls with business partners are happening daily;
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential and existing customers;
  • Flexible, proactive, and result-oriented way of working;
  • Passion for sales and customer success;
  • Strong learning, planning and organizational skills;
  • Confident handling of MS Office;
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce;
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 1660-2320 EUR/Month
