Aivaras Vencevicius

Aivaras Vencevicius has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Aivaras began their career as an Intern Analyst at AB HANNER, where they conducted research on residential and commercial real estate markets. Aivaras then worked as a Project Manager / Consultant at Invest Lithuania, participating in strategic governmental projects and decision-making processes.

Afterwards, Aivaras worked as a Project Manager at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, where they managed various projects. Aivaras later joined Some.Agency as a Project Director, supervising teams and delivering marketing consulting services.

In 2017, Aivaras joined Danske Bank, initially as a Process Change Manager, implementing strategic initiatives in workplace environment and site process optimization. Aivaras then became a Product Owner in Wealth Management Business Development, leading the development of a tax calculation and reporting system and providing consulting support to other projects in the wealth management area. Later, they became the Chief Product Owner for Mobile Investment, responsible for vision and strategic product development in the mobile investment area.

Currently, Aivaras is working at Nord Security as the Product Owner and Head of Product for NordLocker.

Aivaras Vencevicius completed a Certificate of Secondary Education at Alytus Jotvingiai High School from 2006 to 2010. Aivaras then pursued a BA/BSc in Marketing with Finance at the University of Hertfordshire from 2010 to 2013. Afterwards, they obtained a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, they completed an MSc in International Business at the University of Hertfordshire from 2013 to 2014. Aivaras Vencevicius has also obtained several certifications, including the PRINCE2 Foundation Certification in Project Management from PeopleCert in 2017, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2019, and the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2020.
