Zoi Stergiadou

Zoi Stergiadou is a seasoned user experience professional currently serving as a UXR Career Coach at Employed.world and as a Senior UX Researcher at Nord Security for the NordPass product. With a robust background in user research, Zoi has driven B2B persona development, product adoption metrics analysis, and the integration of AI in research strategies. Training product designers and project managers in research methodologies, Zoi has also implemented a Hypothesis-Driven Model for user research and established a comprehensive Research Repository. Previous roles include Senior User Researcher at scoutbee, UX Researcher at AirHelp, and Design Researcher at Piavita, among others. Zoi holds an MSc in International Innovation from Lancaster University and an Engineer’s Degree from the University of the Aegean.
