Barbara Williams

Barbara Williams currently serves as Legal Operations Manager at Nordson Corporation since March 2023, bringing extensive legal operations experience from previous roles, including Manager of Legal Operations and Administration and Principal Paralegal for HR and Data Privacy at McDermott International Inc. from October 2018 to March 2023. Prior to that, Barbara held the position of Enterprise Manager of Legal Operations at Academy Sports + Outdoors from June 2010 to October 2018 and worked as a Paralegal at Diamond McCarthy LLP briefly from July 2009 to June 2010. Barbara’s career began at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, where services were rendered as a Certified Labor and Employment Paralegal from May 1997 to April 2009. Education was acquired at Central Michigan University, where a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration was earned from 2004 to 2006.
