Brad Chilton

Brad Chilton has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Brad began their career at TRW in 1994, where they held various roles as a Network Engineer, Manager of Network Operations, and eventually as the Director of Global Network. In 2004, Brad moved on to Eaton Corporation, where they served as an IT Director for one year. Following that, they joined University Hospitals in 2005, initially working as the Director of Division CIO. Brad was later promoted to the position of Vice President, IT Infrastructure, responsible for strategic direction and operational oversight of the enterprise IT outsourcing program. Brad's most recent position was at Nordson Corporation, where they assumed the role of Director of Infrastructure & Operations in 2014. Brad then progressed to become the Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cyber Security, leading the global IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security function for the company. In this role, they oversaw incident management, end-user security operations, the development of strategic roadmaps, and the management of cyber security tools and processes. Brad's vast experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

Brad Chilton has an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from John Carroll University and a BSC in IT - Communication Systems Management from Ohio University.
