Ellen Voinovich Matisko has extensive experience in the field of benefits, retirement plans, and payroll. Ellen Voinovich currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Nordson Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of HR PMO at Novelis from 2021 to 2022.
