Jessica Becka is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nordson Corporation since March 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Green Circle Growers, Inc., from July 2019 to March 2022. Jessica began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from September 2010 to September 2015, with a brief tenure at the Defense Supply Center Columbus as a Human Resource Specialist.
