Victor Gottardi

Victor Gottardi is an experienced executive with a robust background in precision agriculture and hydraulics. Currently serving as Vice President of Precision Agriculture at Nordson Corporation since September 2023, Victor previously held the position of Group CEO at ARAG srl from September 2021 to August 2023. Notable roles also include being a Member of the Board of Directors at Interpump Group S.p.A. and serving as President and Global CEO of WALVOIL SPA until September 2021. Earlier in their career, Victor was the CEO of AGOP OLEOIDRAULICA SPA, part of the Montanhydraulik Group, and the Sales and Marketing Director at Bucher Hydraulics Spa. Victor holds a Laurea Magistrale in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, earned between 1989 and 1995, and completed secondary education at Liceo Scientifico E. Torricelli from 1984 to 1989.
