Ulrich Hechmann

Ulrich Hechmann is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as Projektchef at Nordstern since June 2022. Notable projects include overseeing the Svanemølleholmen office building with a DGNB-Platin certification and managing total enterprises such as the Kronen shopping center and a substantial renovation project. Prior to Nordstern, Ulrich held leadership roles at Max Bögl Danmark and Adserballe & Knudsen A/S, focusing on large-scale construction projects. Ulrich co-founded BEEM - Rådgivende Ingeniører, providing specialized consulting in building physics, and was previously involved with Ramboll and Inkmann-corporation. Ulrich holds a Master of Science in Building Energy and Environment Design from Aalborg University and various certifications in energy consultancy and project management.
