Peter Svahn

Peter Svahn has extensive experience in project management and development within the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Projektledare at SKB - Stockholms Kooperativa Bostadsförening since January 2018, focusing on the development and construction of cooperative rental housing. Additionally, Peter holds a board member position as an employee representative at SKB. Previous roles include Projektchef at Bonava and P&E Fastighetspartner, where responsibilities involved managing significant projects, such as the transformation of office spaces into rental units and infrastructure development. Earlier career positions include project roles at Småa AB and Peab, as well as measurement technician roles at NCC and Skanska. Peter Svahn graduated with a degree in Building Engineering from Jönköping University between 1990 and 1992.
