Beth Duffy

Beth Duffy, CSM®, is currently a Manager of Program Management at Nordstrom, where they leverage a diverse merchandising background to lead key initiatives in a dynamic retail environment. Previously, they served as an Inventory Deployment Specialist, excelling in program management and training curriculum development, resulting in significant labor savings and improved throughput. Beth has also held roles as a Store Information Manager and Senior Learning Specialist, where they focused on employee development and process improvement.
